Nøkkenoc, ce sont deux musiciens, aux influences nordiques, qui fréquentent les bals folk et trad et qui se sont rencontrés à leur arrivée en Occitanie. Traditions occitanes et scandinaves se mêlent donc au son de la nyckelharpa, du chant, de la guitare et du cistre, et font danser les pieds grâce à cette musique cadencée et rock aux influences sans frontières, avec un frais parfum de Suède et la chaleur du terroir occitan, tout ça avec une énergie surprenante...

Au programme: 1h30 à 2h de danses communes de bal folk, rondeaux, congo, polskas slängpolska, halling et autres joyeusetés!

Nøkkenoc, it's about two musicians, with nordic influences, who are used to go to folk festivals and balls for more than 10 years, and met while arriving both in Occitanie (end
2017).
Occitan and scandinavian traditions combine together with the sound of the nyckelharpa, the guitar and the cittern. They make feet dancing thanks to a groovy music with
influences without borders, a fresh taste of Sweden and a strong flavour of the occitan cheese.
On the menu: common balfolk dances + rondeau, congo, branle, polskas, slängpolska, hallings and more!
Briefly, it's about "bal folk" dances, using music from Scandinavia, Occitanie, and some compositions with a (neo)-trad and a rock sound.
